Spectrum r-PLA is an ecological 3D printing material that is part of the sustainable development initiative. The filament is made by reusing a stream of recycled extrusion waste. The raw material is collected, shredded, re-mixed and homogenized into high-end and easy-to-print recycled PLA filament with a much lower environmental impact. Spectrum r-PLA retains the properties of classic PLA, i.e. the simplicity and efficiency of printing, with very low shrinkage and relatively high tensile strength. To make 3D printing more sustainable, Spectrum r-PLA is wound on a cardboard, ecological spool.

Note: Since it is a fully recycled material, it may happen that Spectrum r-PLA will not be available or there may be a longer waiting time due to the limited availability of the raw material.

Packing

Filament wound on an ecological, cardboard spool. On the spool there is information about the type of material, diameter, color and recommended printing temperature. Each spool vacuum packed with desiccant. All in the original Spectrum Filaments cardboard box.
