⚙️ Technology that makes a difference

The filament is based on the proven Spectrum ASA 275, but has been enriched with ingredients that enable controlled foaming during printing.

🔥 The process is activated at 230°C, and the maximum effect is achieved in the range of 270–285°C.
Below 230°C, the filament behaves like classic ASA – you decide how dense and light your print should be!

During full foaming:

The volume of the material can increase up to 3×.

The density drops to approx. 0.33 g/cm³.

Filament consumption can be reduced by up to 66%.

As a result, one spool of LW-ASA UltraFoam is enough for up to three standard spools of ASA!
